Our Mission
Our mission at Upcoming Leaders of America LLC is to build a strong, concrete foundation that
fosters a safe and nurturing environment for children ages 5 to 18. We are dedicated to
creating a space where independence is encouraged, academic growth is supported, and career
dreams are cultivated. Through group home placement, we aim to enhance each child’s
emotional, behavioral, and social well-being. We believe a stable foundation is essential not
only during their time with us but also as they transition into adulthood.
Our program focuses on developing positive behaviors, life skills, and vocational training that
empower youth to become successful and self-reliant leaders. We provide individualized
academic support, including tutoring services from trained staff, to help children meet and
exceed their educational goals. College preparation, mentorship, and exposure to real-world
opportunities are essential parts of our approach. We also incorporate motivational speakers
and workshops that inspire confidence and ambition.
As mental health professionals, we recognize the importance of healing, consistency, and
encouragement in every child’s journey. At Upcoming Leaders of America LLC, we are
committed to showing youth that they are seen, valued, and fully capable of achieving

What We Offer
Upcoming Leaders of America offers Residential Group Home placement to children (5-18),
children with Disabilities/ Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Level 3 Placement.
At Upcoming Leaders of America LLC, we are committed to creating a nurturing and

Through our comprehensive range of services, we aim to make a positive and lasting impact on
their lives.
• Room and board with meals: We will provide a safe and comfortable living
environment for children, ensuring they have access to nutritious meals and
a secure place to call home.
• Academic Tutoring: Our team of experienced tutors will offer personalized
academic support to help children excel in their studies. We will provide
assistance in various subjects and help them develop effective study habits.
• Motivational Speakers: We will invite inspiring speakers who can share their
stories of success and motivate our children to strive for excellence. These
engaging sessions will encourage personal growth and help them develop a
positive mindset.
• Medication Management Contract with Provider Asic Behavioral Health:
To ensure the well-being of our children, we have partnered with ASIC
Behavioral Health, a trusted mental health clinic. They will provide
medication management and brief supportive therapy services for children
and adults dealing with a range of mental health conditions.
• Activities/ College tours: We believe in fostering holistic development,
which is why we will organize various activities and college tours. These
experiences will broaden their horizons, expose them to new opportunities,
and help them make informed decisions about their future.
• Mentorship: Mentoring plays a crucial role in shaping the lives of children.
We will provide mentorship programs where experienced professionals will
guide and support our children, helping them develop essential life skills,
build self-confidence, and achieve their goals.
